MMR Series Electrical Roller Mill

1) The machine profile adopts streamline design, which is beautiful and dignified, and patented.
2) The front panel uses integral rotary upwards design, with advantages of convenient removal, install and maintenance.
3) The feeding unit can be turned over independently, which is convenient to clean the scale in the feeding chamber, keep hygienic and fast.
4）Material of parts, which contact material, adopts food usage stainless steel, which is beautiful and sanitation.
5) The engagement and disengagement of grinding rolls are controlled by pneumatic. The automatic engagement, disengagement and running of grinding rolls and feed rolls is controlled by servo feed system. The material balance can be achieved by changing rotating speed of feed roll by frequency converter through sensing the level of feed material.
6) The control system is sensitive and reliable, and the centralized control is stable.
7) The triple-wheel toothed belt drive has advantages of no step losses, no deflection, stable running, and low noises.
8) The tensioning device of toothed belts adopts elastic automatic compensation structure to prolong belt service life.
9) The self-aligning roller bearings are used for the grinding rolls to ensure highly concentric precise in rolls running, and sustain high speeds and roll pressures.
10) The negative pressure air aspiration device can improve feed condition, reduce the temperature of grinding rolls and material, improve grinding efficiency.
11) The cast iron base can reduce vibration and noise. The side frame is welded structure by superior steel plate. The side frame and base are connected via high strength bolts.
12)The completely enclosed structure is adopted in the machine design for safety and good looking. The static electric spray paint technology is used in surface treatment.
