Material enters through the inlet ①, then passes the distributors ② and ③, which spread it evenly across the full width of the screen. The material is then delivered to the upper distributors ④ and divided onto four upper screen layers ⑤.
With the flat rotary motion of the screen body, material moves forward along the upper screens ⑤. Particles smaller than the sieve holes fall onto the lower screens ⑥. On the lower screens, material continues moving forward and exits through the clean grain outlet ⑦. Oversized impurities remaining on the upper screens and undersized particles passing through the lower screens are discharged separately from the impurity outlet ⑧ as large and small impurities.
In this way, the machine completes the cleaning and grading of the material.

The CTTS series rotary multi-layer sifter is mainly made up of a frame, screen body, drive system, hanging system, inlet box, outlet box, sieve frames, and air duct system.

It works with a flat rotary motion. By using the size difference between grains and impurities, and with the right sieve holes and frames, it can separate grains from impurities or grade different materials efficiently.
