Our flour milling equipment is primarily installed in reinforced concrete or steel-structured facilities, typically spanning 5-6 stories (including the wheat silo, flour storage area, and flour blending section).
The milling process is optimized for American wheat and Australian white hard wheat. When processing a single wheat variety, the system achieves a flour extraction rate of 76-79% with an ash content of 0.54-0.62%. For dual-grade flour production, the specifications are as follows:
F1 Flour: 45-50% extraction rate, 0.42-0.54% ash content
F2 Flour: 25-28% extraction rate, 0.62-0.65% ash content
This setup ensures efficient processing while maintaining consistent flour quality across different production requirements.

Cleaning Section
The cleaning section employs advanced drying-type technology with a multi-stage approach:
Mechanical Cleaning: Dual sifting, scouring, and de-stoning, plus purification.
Air & Moisture Management: Four aspiration cycles and 1–2 dampening stages reduce dust.
Final Refinement: Triple magnetic separation ensures impurity-free wheat.
