The main function of grinding is to break wheat grains. The grinding process is divided into skin grinding, slag grinding, and core grinding. 1. Peeling mill is the process of breaking wheat grains and separating endosperm. After the first process, the wheat grains are screened and separated into wheat bran, wheat residue, wheat core, etc. The wheat bran is first ground for the next time, and the wheat residue and wheat core are further refined to separate the endosperm, pure endosperm grain and wheat bran. The pure endosperm grains will be further griund, that is, the core grinding, to produce fine wheat flour.
2. The main function of slag mill is to further grind the wheat bran separated from the bran mill and separate the leftover endosperm stuck in it. Pure endosperm were collected through subsequent screening and separation. Then the endosperm are put into fine grinding, and different grades of flour are prepared according to different requirements. The mechanical equipment used in the slag grinding process, including the milling and breaking grinding system, is an indispensable part of the wheat flour manufacturing process.
3. The grinding roller of the reduction adopts smooth roller, which can separate the ground fine flour from the mixed wheat bran and germ while grinding. It mainly relies on the grinding action of the smooth roller to grind the wheat bran into flakes, so that the fine flour and wheat bran can be separated in the subsequent separation process to ensure the quality of wheat flour.
