The sieve surface is composed of sieve holes with a certain shape and uniform distribution, and is the main working component of the screening equipment. The screen surface of most screening equipment is flat, and the screen surface of a few equipments is cylindrical.

When the raw material flows through the sieve surface, the material with a smaller particle size relative to the sieve hole can pass through the sieve hole; the material with a larger particle size relative to the sieve hole flows down the sieve surface, thereby completing the screening.
