Destoner feeding condition operation in flour mill
In the flour mill cleaning process, destoner function is to remove the stones in the wheat. During the operation, the working flow should generally not exceed the design output of the equipment, and the single-layer sieve surface . Generally, it should not be lower than 10% of the designed output. Otherwise, the suction and the sieve body should be re-adjusted. When the difference is large, the adjustment is relatively difficult.
During the work processing, attention should be control to the flow control equipment at the front end of the process where the stone machine is located, so that the flow rate of the destoner is stable and appropriate, and the thickness of the grains on the screen should generally be kept at 20mm-30mm. For the destoner with a wide screen surface, attention should be paid to the balance of the feed on both sides to prevent the material from leaning toward one side.
