Basic principles for corn processing plants remoe impurities
In corn processing mill, the grain needs to be removed impurity from the raw grain before processing.
In the impurity removal process, firstly remove the dust and mustard impurities that are directly harmful to the production, and then remove other impurities.
The impurities that differ greatly from the process characteristics of the corn are first removed, so that the types and amounts of impurities in the raw materials are greatly reduced, and then the impurities which are similar to the corn process characteristics are removed. For sandstones with a particle size significantly larger or smaller than corn, the screening is better than the stone removal machine. The side-by-side impurities with a similar suspension speed and particle size and corn size need to be removed by a selection or a combination of methods.
