Air-Recycling Aspirator in the cleaning process
The air-recycling aspirator is often used in the cleaning process of the flour mill. It is mainly composed of feeding system, air recycling channel, fan and dust collecting and discharging system.
During work, the cleaned material falls into the feeding hopper. When the material accumulates to a certain height, due to the action of gravity, the spring suspended on the feeding door is pulled and the discharging door is opened. The material flows in from the gap of the discharge chute and is evenly thrown to the aspiration channel. The clean, relatively large material falls vertically and is discharged. The small bulk density impurities is carried by the airflow to the aspirator, passes through the narrow channel, falls into the dust collector, and is discharged outside the machine through the airlock. The air passes through the inside of the aspirator, is sucked in by the fan, and enters the air channel again.
