Air-recycling aspirator in flour processing
The air-recycling aspirator in the flour processing factory mainly consists of a feeding part, a suction channel, a return air channel, an air volume adjusting part and a fan.
The air-recycling aspirator uses the internal circulating airflow for air separation, and the airflow brings out the light impurities in the separation zone and enters the falling sedimentation chamber through the adjustable air duct.
The light impurities fall in the settling chamber by the centrifugal inertia generated by the movement and their own gravity, and then collected and discharged by the screw conveyor. The airflow is sucked by the fan and sent to the separation zone for recycling through the return air channel.
Air-recycling aspirator are often used in conjunction with screening equipment.
